This is a creamy smooth juice due to the soluble fiber found in both the papaya and the apple. This pleasantly sweet juice contains approximately 4.6g of soluble fiber per serving; if you’re trying to lower your LDL cholesterol, 10 to 25 grams per day is recommended, so this one juice gets you almost halfway there. Papaya can support digestion, and it can also help with your body’s ability to absorb and utilize protein. Papaya is also low in calories and super rich in plant compounds and nutrients. Enjoy!
