Name: Crystal Reuter
Age: 33
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Type of Reboot/Number of Days: 20 Days
What Health Issues Do You have?
I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome or at least that is what they have said as can’t figure it out. It started about 9 months ago and has gotten worse over time.
Did you Reboot to lose weight?
No, but it is an amazing benefit.
How did you learn about Reboot?
I saw the movie on Netflix and it looked interesting. I was having stomach problems and started watching movies on what is wrong with our food and things that we can do to change this.
What inspired you to do a Reboot?
Joe inspired me after the movie. I also had no where else to turn with my stomach issues. I knew I needed to make a huge change but wasn’t sure how. After the movie I thought wow this guy Joe did it for 60 days.
How did the experience go?
For me it went well. I had no real side effects.
How much weight did you lose?
20+ lbs.
Did you have any noticeable health improvements?
Yes, my stomach stopped hurting. My sleep and energy are so much better. When I am just juicing I have no issues. It is great!
What was toughest part of the Reboot?
I think the smell of certain foods. I love pizza and made homemade French pizza and couldn’t eat it. However I feel so good that the smell and taste of pizza isn’t worth it.
What habits have you maintained?
I am still juicing fully. I plan on continuing once a day after I am done with the Reboot. I also plan on eating mostly vegetables after this and making healthy choices.
What is your lasting impression of the Reboot?
It’s absolutely amazing and the only way to go. It has changed my life, as for the last year I have been miserable with my stomach. I am active and was to the point where I had to know where bathrooms were. I am 33 and still young. It has given me independence again. I would suggest though if you are diabetic or have a serious medical issue that you use the Guided Reboot*. I did not as I don’t but for the people that I have had join they are struggling a little with side effects and a nutritionist would be helpful to them.
