After School Snack: Cough Buster Smoothie

Help your kids ward off cold all year long with this Cough Buster Smoothie loaded with mango, cantaloupe, pineapple and lots of Vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (150 g) mango (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup (150 g) cantaloupe, diced
  • 1/2 cup (150 g) pineapple, diced
  • 1 tbsp raw organic pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas)
  • 4 – 8 oz (115 ml) water (or coconut water)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy.
