- 4 Carrots (stems removed)
- 1/2-1 Apple (seeded)
- 1/2 Celeriac root
- 1 Beet (Australia beetroot)
- 1/4 in (1 cm) piece of fresh ginger root (optional)

- Wash all produce well.
- Juice ingredients.
