A Divine Dreamsicle Juice

One of the many benefits of working at Reboot, is when someone’s birthday rolls around, we celebrate with vegan desserts and a fresh new juice recipe! Well yesterday was my birthday and my team made me what I think might be my new favorite juice recipe. It’s a beautiful color too which makes it that much more enjoyable. This juice was perfectly sweet, the color of a frozen sherbet with a taste similar to a creamsicle which made it a super special birthday treat. If only we could put a candle in a juice, this would be the perfect birthday cake.
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 sweet potato
- 4 – 6 carrots
Directions
- Wash all ingredients well.
- Peel the sweet potato and remove rind from pineapple (optional).
- Add all produce through juicer.
- Serve and enjoy!
