Enhance the Taste of Your Water Naturally!

One of the most important things for a healthy lifestyle is to drink enough water! Some people  simply don’t enjoy the taste of water, it can be a struggle to stay hydrated.

Here are 3 ideas to jazz up the flavor of water naturally, making it more refreshing and enjoyable.

These infused waters can all be made fresh or in advance. Aim to use within 24-36 hours. As always it is best to use organic produce (or scrub well) before adding to the water and ice!

Infused Waters

Simple Lemon Water

Ingredients:

  • 2 Liters of water (preferably filtered)
