In less than 20 minutes, you can have an awesome, plant-based, filling salad that is not only hearty and delicious, but also complete and balanced. It features a salad dressing that you can use on a wide variety of recipes, and it’s only three simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. The combination of mashed sweet potato, healthy fat avocados and a sweet crunch from the apples is the ideal meal. Need a little more protein? Feel free to add a small portion of organic chicken or wild fish!
