This is a take on the warm up with juice – vegetable pulp broth. You can have this broth while you are completing a juice only Reboot or as a stock base for other Thai flavored recipes. The herbs and spices, chilli, garlic, coriander and lemongrass are great detoxifying and metabolic agents to support a Reboot program.
I made two versions of this broth, one a slowly simmered vegetable broth and the other a warmed Thai infused coconut water. One with the vegetable pulp from your vegetable juices or just with coconut water for a quick warm high electrolyte rich drink while on your Reboot when you feel like something warming with the extra spice kick.
